I had a solid stay at this hotel with my family. The two-bedroom setup was perfect for us, allowing plenty of space to relax, and the kitchen made breakfast a breeze. However, the heat in the room was a challenge, even with the windows open. The staff was friendly and offered great suggestions for local eateries, but the hotel's condition felt a bit worn. Overall, it was decent value for the price, just not without its issues.

6.4/10

The hotel offers a decent stay with a friendly staff, and the location is quite convenient for accessing shopping and dining in Squamish. The rooms, while having a kitchen, are quite dated and smaller than expected. The service is generally good, but the dining options could be improved. Overall, it’s an okay value for money, especially for longer stays where the amenities like in-unit laundry are beneficial.

Rooms

The rooms are a bit dated and smaller than they seem, but having a kitchen was a huge plus for making our own breakfasts. The in-unit washer and dryer are fantastic if you're planning a longer stay.
Service
7.0
The service here was really nice and helpful. The front desk staff seemed a bit understaffed at times, but they did their best and even moved me to a quieter room on the second night, which I really appreciated.
Location
8.0
The location is pretty good, just a short 10-minute drive into the heart of Squamish and an easy 1-kilometer walk to grocery stores and restaurants, plus the views of the mountains are great.
Dining
5.0
Dining options are available, but it wasn't anything special, mostly pre-packaged products at the hotel restaurant. It would be nice to see more variety.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel has decent facilities, including a pool, but nothing stood out as exceptional.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, which was in a great location for our trip to the Polar Express the next day. The rooms were excellent, featuring a full-sized kitchen that made things convenient. However, we had an issue with no hot water during our stay, which was pretty disappointing. The staff were very friendly and helpful, though. Overall, it was a great value for money in terms of space and amenities, even if there were some hiccups.

The location surrounded by mountains offered a peaceful retreat. However, the dining options could use some improvement, as my meal arrived lukewarm. Overall, it was a good value for money considering the amenities available.

7.0/10

I had a bit of a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was central and surrounded by beautiful mountains, making it a great spot for relaxation. However, the room I stayed in had noise issues due to its position above the garage gate, which kept me and my dog up at night. While the service was friendly and accommodating, they could improve on their cleaning duties and communication. Overall, it’s a decent place but not without its challenges.

Rooms
6.0
The room was cozy, but it was directly above the garage gate, which caused a lot of noise, especially at night. My dog was particularly disturbed, so we didn't get much sleep.
Service
7.0
The service team was friendly and tried to accommodate my needs, but their cleaning could be better, and there was some inconsistency in the information they provided regarding emergencies.
Location
9.0
The hotel has a beautiful mountain backdrop and it's central to many shopping and dining options. I really appreciated the peaceful ambiance after a day out.
Dining
Facilities
6.0
The facilities met basic needs, but there weren't enough loungers available for guests, which felt crowded at times.
